Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Take Pickle Ball. We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and carrier. Most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping confirmation

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will help review the issue. We may ask you to also contact the carrier directly.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
